Updating Payment Methods and Billing
Learn how to update your payment information, view invoices, and manage billing preferences.
Keep Payment Information Current
Keeping your payment information up to date ensures uninterrupted access to TradeSlayers features. You can update your credit card, change billing addresses, or switch between payment methods at any time from your account settings.
Update Your Payment Method
To update your payment method, go to "Account & Billing" and click on "Payment Methods." From there, you can add a new card, set it as your default, or remove old payment methods. We accept all major credit cards and support automatic billing to keep your subscription active.
View and Download Invoices
All invoices are automatically generated and stored in your account. You can view, download, or email any past invoice from the "Billing History" section. This makes it easy to track expenses for tax purposes or expense reports.
If Payment Fails
If you experience a payment failure, we'll notify you via email and give you a grace period to update your payment method before temporarily suspending your account. Your data and settings are always preserved, so you can pick up right where you left off once payment is resolved.
