When and how you can request a refund for your subscription

1. Overview

At TradeSlayers, we want you to be completely satisfied with our AI-powered trading signals platform. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for your subscription. Payments for TradeSlayers subscriptions are processed by Paddle (paddle.com), our authorized Merchant of Record. All billing, invoicing, and refund processing is handled by Paddle on our behalf.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all new paid subscriptions (Starter, Pro, and Enterprise plans). If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase date. To be eligible: your refund request must be submitted within 14 days of your first payment; this applies to first-time subscribers only; the guarantee does not apply to subscription renewals.

3. Subscription Renewals

After the initial 14-day money-back guarantee period, subscription renewal charges are generally non-refundable. However, we review refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following circumstances: you were charged after cancelling your subscription; a technical error caused a duplicate charge; or the service was unavailable for an extended period (more than 72 consecutive hours) due to our fault.

4. Free Plan

The Free Plan does not involve any payment and is therefore not subject to any refund policy.

5. Enterprise Plan

Enterprise Plan refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as per the terms agreed in your enterprise agreement. Please contact us directly at [email protected].

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with the subject line: Refund Request — [Your Account Email]. Please include your registered email address, date of purchase, reason for refund request, and your Paddle order or invoice number (found in your receipt email). We will review your request and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment method and bank.

7. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard under Settings → Subscription. Cancellation stops future billing immediately. You will retain access to your paid plan features until the end of your current billing period. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
