WhatsApp Alerts – User Guide

The WhatsApp Alerts system allows you to receive real-time trading notifications directly on WhatsApp. These alerts keep you informed about important market movements, price levels, and AI-driven insights without needing to stay logged in.

You can fully customize: when alerts are sent; what type of alerts you receive; which cryptocurrencies you follow.

Step-by-step:

1. Enter your WhatsApp phone number in international format (e.g. +923XXXXXXXXX).

2. Click Send Verification Code.

3. Enter the received code to verify.

4. Once verified, you will see a confirmation message indicating your number is ready to use.

Only verified numbers can receive alerts.

Use the Enable WhatsApp Alerts toggle to turn notifications on or off.

ON -> Alerts will be delivered according to your configuration.

OFF -> No alerts will be sent (settings remain saved).

This allows quick control without deleting your setup.

You can schedule up to 5 alert time slots per day, depending on your plan.

How it works: Select hour, minute, and AM/PM; click Add Time to save; use Random Times if you want alerts spaced unpredictably.

Example alert times: 7:00 AM, 11:30 AM, 6:00 PM, 10:30 PM, 11:00 PM.

Alerts are sent strictly based on your selected timezone.

You can enable one or more alert categories.

Price Alerts: Triggered when price crosses your defined thresholds. Ideal for entries, exits, and stop-loss awareness.

Market Updates: Daily summaries of overall market trends, including sentiment, momentum, and key movements.

AI Insights: AI-powered trading insights and contextual analysis, combining technical, market sentiment, and trend signals.

You only receive alerts for the types you enable.

Choose the coins you want alerts for. Available examples include: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Solana (SOL), Binance Coin (BNB), Cardano (ADA), XRP, DOGE, DOT, AVAX, LINK, and more.

You can select multiple coins — alerts will be customized accordingly.

Set your timezone to ensure alerts arrive at the correct local time.

Example: Asia/Karachi (GMT +05:00).

Incorrect timezone selection may cause alerts to arrive earlier or later than expected.

Enable only relevant alert types to avoid noise.

Use fewer, well-spaced alert times for clarity.

Select coins you actively trade or monitor.

Combine Price Alerts + AI Insights for best results.

Not receiving alerts? Ensure WhatsApp number is verified; check alert toggle is ON; confirm alert times are added; verify timezone selection.

Reached alert limit? Upgrade your plan to unlock more alert slots.
