Troubleshooting Alert Delivery Issues
Follow these checks if you are not receiving TradeSlayers alerts on WhatsApp.
Confirm WhatsApp Alerts Are Enabled
If you’re not getting WhatsApp alerts from TradeSlayers, don’t panic — in most cases it’s a quick fix.
1. Go to Settings → WhatsApp Alerts. 2. Make sure the “Enable WhatsApp Alerts†toggle is turned ON. If it’s OFF, alerts will not be sent even if everything else is correct.
Tip: Toggle it OFF, then ON once to refresh settings.
Verify Number, Time Slots, and Alert Types
Verify your WhatsApp phone number: it must include the correct country code (e.g. +92, +1, +44) and be the same number you use on WhatsApp.
Check the status: Verified → good to go; Not verified → click Send Verification Code and complete verification. Alerts will not be delivered to unverified numbers.
Next, review your alert time slots: TradeSlayers sends alerts only during your selected time windows. Make sure at least one alert time is added, the current time falls inside one of those slots, and — if you use Random Times — that the feature is enabled.
Finally, confirm that at least one alert type is enabled (Price Alerts, Market Updates, and/or AI Insights if your plan supports it). If no types are selected, no alerts will be sent.
Check Cryptocurrencies, Timezone, App, and Network
Alerts are only generated for the cryptocurrencies you’ve selected. Ensure you have at least one coin chosen (for example BTC, ETH, SOL) and that there is actual market activity on those coins.
Confirm your timezone is correct (for example Asia/Karachi – GMT+05:00). A wrong timezone can cause alerts to arrive at unexpected hours — update the timezone, save, then refresh the page.
On your phone, check the basics: WhatsApp must be installed, updated, online (Wi‑Fi or mobile data), and allowed to send notifications. Make sure TradeSlayers chats are not muted, archived, or blocked.
Plan Limits, Delays, and When to Contact Support
Free or limited plans may have daily alert caps and a maximum number of alert time slots. If you’ve reached your limit, alerts will pause until your quota resets or you upgrade your plan — review your plan details in the dashboard.
In rare cases, WhatsApp itself may delay messages due to high traffic or platform limitations. Alerts are usually delivered shortly after, so wait a few minutes and monitor again.
If none of the above steps work, log out and back in, re‑verify your phone number, and then contact TradeSlayers Support. Include your registered phone number, a screenshot of your alert settings, and the approximate time you expected the alert. Remember: alerts are event‑driven — if the market does not meet your alert conditions, no message will be sent, and that is expected behaviour.
