Troubleshooting Alert Delivery Issues
Follow these checks if you are not receiving TradeSlayers on WhatsApp, email, or in-app.
Why Alerts Might Stop Arriving
If your alerts suddenly stop arriving, the good news is that the cause is almost always something simple: connectivity, notification settings, or channel configuration. Working through a quick checklist usually gets everything back on track in a few minutes.
Confirm Alerts Are Being Generated
Start by confirming that recent alerts are actually being generated. Open your TradeSlayers dashboard and check the "Alert History" section. If new alerts appear there but not on your device, the issue is with delivery rather than signal generation.
Verify Channel and Notification Settings
Next, verify your channel settings. Make sure your WhatsApp number or email address is correct, that the channel is marked as active, and that you haven't muted specific alert categories. On your phone, double-check that notifications are allowed for WhatsApp and that you are not in a focus/do-not-disturb mode when the market is active.
Reconnect and Get Support
If the problem persists, try disconnecting and reconnecting your messaging channel, then send a test alert from the settings page. Our support team can also review your logs to see whether messages are being rejected by carriers or email providers and help you resolve any remaining issues.
